It's not my party, but I'll cry if I want to!

Yes, this is the very sad face of a sick little girl. Today I took her to the Doctor and yep, you guessed it, she has her 4th ear infection of the year! On top of that she has RSV! What is up with that! Luckily, her oxygen levels were good so they aren't too concerned. However, the crying is making me completly crazy! I am not used to having such a fussy baby. She usually smiles even through the ear infections, but not this time. Not when you add RSV to it. She is one ticked little missy. I am really hoping the medicine kicks in quick so i can get my happy baby back. We love you Brooky Bear!
p.s. thanks for the pop amanda :) there's nothin' like a little caffeine to help you get through the day!

Boys will be Boys

I took some pics of the boys at their wrestling tournament and i just couldn't help but post the one of them showing off their muscles! They are sooo funny! Do all boys think they are hot stuff? Brooklyn on the other hand was chillin' to some music, just passin' time. :) What a cutie!

What is up with this!

My daughter can be so strange. She has such a hard time going to sleep and this is why. She spends hours organizing her animals. I finally took a picture of her last night to show what a crazy animal finatic she is. She is obsessed with husky dogs and horses. In fact she confided in my brother-in-law the other day that she can actually talk to animals! OH MY GOSH! I might have to get her head checked. :) Today I found Doctor Dollittle 2 on sale for $5 so i bought it, but now i am thinking that it might have been a bad idea.

Cups?

The things we think of to do when the weather is bad! I figure as long as they are quiet and getting along they can do just about anything!

We had a very eventful couple of days so get ready for some pictures!

David Archuletta

My mom and I went to the David Archuletta concert with one of our young women and her mom last night. IT WAS SOOOO MUCH FUN!! He put on a really good show! I can't believe such a young kid can have such an amazing voice. We sat 3 rows back and we were still only 10 feet away from him. We had an absolute BLAST! It was even worth all the teasing I got for wanting to go. :) :) (Thanks Ryan and Dane)

Car Show

On Saturday we went to the Car Show up at the Holt Arena. It was fun to see all the different style of cars and trucks. The kids picked the ones they thought would win. Wyatt was pretty sure that the tank was going to win. Me and the soldiers were laughing at him. However the goal is that they will "win", just not car show. :)

Bread

Yesterday I decided to try and be a little brave and make bread with 3 kids. They had a lot of fun helping and adding all the ingrediants. It actually turned out really yummy. Of course the kids liked it because it has cinnammon and sugar on it. :)

Wrestling

Here are another couple of wrestling pics from the Highland Tournament. The DAD'S are giving them their pep talks before they compete. :) Kaden pinned both of his opponenents! We had alot of people there watching him so i think he turned it up a notch to try and impress them. He is getting to be a pretty good little wrestler.

6 Months Old!

I can't believe my baby is 6 months old! Where has the time gone? I love watching all the new things she is doing. Rolling over, trying new baby food and making funny faces, jabbering, pulling hair and smiling at everyone that comes near her. She is such a sweetie! For her half birthday i decided to go get her ears pierced. She cried a little bit, but then realized she was just fine. She looks so cute!

My Beautiful Baby

I know everyone thinks their own kids are the most adorable things ever, but you have to admitt she's pretty darn CUTE!

Fun at the Park

Thank goodness we had a warm day! There is nothing better than your kids being able to play outside and stop dirting the house. :) These are just a few pictures of the kids at my mom's school. (playground) They always have so much fun there and pretty much beg me every day to go.

Ryan and his business adventures

I'm really excited that Ryan has the opportunity to start a new job. He will be a Sales Manager for a business called Superior Window and Doors out of Victor. Im grateful we don't have to move. We are actually in a really good spot because his area covers from Bear Lake to Island Park. So we are right in the middle. Im sure everyones wondering about our other businesses. He is still going to be working West Wind as much as possible to help out. But as for the Safe Shop we are hopefully closing the sale on thursday. We are sad, but also excited. It was doing really well and i am proud of the work ryan has put into it. However, i am happy to not have the stress that has come along with it. Hopefully ryan will be able to have more time to relax with the fam now. :) As for anyone who still wants a safe, we can still get a screamin' deal so let us know when your ready for one.

Busy, Busy

Right now Ryan is shaving the kids heads. Not in the most conventional way, but at least he is getting it done. I should have taken a picture. He has the boys laying on the table with their heads hanging over the edge! They had already taken a bath and he didn't want to have to bath them again. I think he was a tad irratated that i was making him cut their hair, but tomorrow is picture day. I couldn't have their picture taken with shaggy hair. Speaking of tomorrow... David Archuletta concert tickets go on sale in the morning. I am crossing my fingers that i get to go. I know i am a loser, but i like him. :) Anyways, My kids have been saying the funniest things lately. Yesterday wyatt asked me why some people have "bracelets on their teeth!". Bailey had an assignment at school where they had to draw pictures of things that were living..non living...and once living. Under the once living part she drew a picture of a dinosaur, the ice age and then Grandma GG. !?!?!?!?! I know what your thinking.. What in the world? She is very imaginative. I took Brooklyn back up to the dr. today. She officially has her 3rd ear infection. The 1st one was Jan. 27th, 2nd was Feb. 17 and the 3rd is March 12th. I think its time to go to the specialist and see if we can get the surgery done soon. Hopefully this will be our last!

My Man

Oh what a long couple of weeks! Ryan has been sick for over 2 weeks now and finally went to the doctor on Thursday. He sent us up to the hospital for an x-ray and we found out he has pneumonia. :( again. On the brighter side, at least they didn't admitt him this time. We saved ourselves about 8 grand. However, some days I'm not sure I want to be the nurse. No offense, but boys are ALOT of work when they are sick. Our parents have been heaven sent, helping us out with the kids and stuff. Along with friends who are super supportive! Words can never say how thankful I am. Life can get really overwhelming at times. Tomorrow, he goes in for another x-ray to make sure its clearing up. I am keeping my fingers crossed, especially since his 7 pills were $130!!!!! Don't want to do another round of that.
On the brighter side--- Happy Birthday RY!!---- It stinks to have pneumonia on your b-day. Hopefully you still thought it was an ok day. We love you and hope you get feeling better

Brooklyn's Homework

This is what Brooklyn was busy doing while we were doing homework tonight. Forget the excuse that the dog ate my homework. It was really the babies fault! :)

Reading

Yesterday i realized brooklyn had disappeared which usually means bailey has taken off with her somewhere. I was happy to see that all my kids were quietly reading in the girls room. It doesn't happen very often. Having Brooklyn has brought a sense of calmness to all of us. She is such a sweetheart and everyone loves her soooo much. Im glad the kids watch over her so well. Bailey always blesses her in her prayers that she will grow up to be a good girl.

1st food

Brooklyn ate from a spoon for the first time yesterday. It was so cute! I love how it takes them forever until they figure out how to swallow food that has consistency. Bailey started to get real impatient when she realized it would probably take forever for her to finish a little tiny bowl of rice. But brooklyn thought it was hilarious!
